once it was set on Auto-Detect, the experience was much better. After that, I clicked ok, and then I went back into the edit settings tab and changed the Video Card to "Auto-Detect". I set the displays to 2, and the amount of RAM to 40MB. I made two different changes and this is what worked for me. Turn your VM off, edit the settings the of your VM.
